Dausman Crew Indianapolis Family Photographer
They’re back! The Dausman Family. This family. You guys – I recently went back and poured over images from my first year photographing them. OMG. These kiddos were just babiesssss! Literally. I first photographed the Dausman family when Hudson was just 6 months old. Where has the time gone!? Bella (right) is taller than me now, I think. With heels. BUT STILL. Time crawls and flies all at once.
What can I say about this family except that as a unit they have a heart of gold. I love to see them every year and catch up with Tigon. Tigon is one of those people that I think most people in Indianapolis know. She makes Indianapolis a better place to live in and I’m so lucky we met all those years ago. I’d also like to begin sharing these photos with saying that it’s not right how beautiful Jeff’s eyes are. Holy smokes they are popping off the page!
OMG Lilah …TOO MUCH! And Hud?! Really though, I’m telling you all. The first time I photographed Hud he was a squishy baby rolling around on his parents bed.Want to take a trip down memory lane with the Dausman family? Check out these images of them I took back in 2012 … SIX YEARS AGO!Okay, and you know we can’t forget about sweet Auggie. And seriously this pop of red! Whenever I show up to a shoot, I very quickly take notice of my surroundings and try to come up with one or two spots nearby where I’d like to shoot. This bush was one of those spots. Some people see a bush off of the driveway, but I see a freaking MONEY photo with beautiful light and COLOR, which you know is my jam.OMG, Auggie. Stop. We don’t deserve dogs. Also, how does one keep a white dog this white? Asking for a friend.Bella goes to Cathedral now and I feel old. How STUNNING is she? That effortless hairlip too.I love you fall and I miss you. We had one of the most vibrant falls I can ever remember having here in the Midwest. Adore this sweet friend of mine. I hope to be half the mom she is someday.
Look at these beauties! All of em! In my opinion, this photo is a 10 because of the colorful petals dusting the ground around them that compliment Lilah’s sweater. You can file that under random things I think when editing photos. It’s no wonder these kids are so beautiful with parents that look like this. Dear God, skin goals too!Lilah, Hudson, and Bella. If I were them, I’d frame this and put it on Dad’s desk at work. I won’t lie, I’m pretty proud of this image. So grateful to know this bunch. Already looking forward to next year <3
