I’m not sure there is a photo more “Mama G” photo than this one. I took this photo at Harry Potter World this past January when my mom was most assuredly in her element. As evidence by the wand in her hand, she was busy casting spells and tickled by the fun she was having. Not at all surprised she brought her Disney hoodie with her that day.

Today you turn 70 and there are no where near enough words to tell you just how much you mean to me and so many people. It’s hard to comprehend the legacy you are building – how different things would look if it weren’t for you.

Thank you for being a force of warmth and compassion to so many.

Thank you for everything, mom. As you love to say yourself, I love you to the moon and back.

Can’t wait to celebrate with you tonight! My mom’s only request was that we all go see Avenger’s Endgame tonight so, bring on the bucket of popcorn! And the Taylor’s birthday cake after….
